Jim was designated one of the top 200 User Experience in AI executives in 2022. He is a board advisor for tech startups and universities. He is the founder of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, which does business with US local, state and federal governments. He has numerous patents in AI and Machine Learning (ML). He worked on the IBM Watson product. He has been interviewed many times, and published in magazines with audiences as diverse as Development, Security and C-suite. He has done many conference presentations. He has also created open source software, created industry standards and founded leading industry user special interest groups.
