WHAT DO WE DO?
We create AI interfaces through chatbots of different kinds into various backend systems your company has. If the company has the “answers” the kinds of “questions” they want to “ask” and get easy answers to – great! Then we just put in the interface. If not, we help them formulate the kinds of questions they want to ask, how to get those answers from their systems, help them get the software and processes in place to do that, and then put that easy interface onto it.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We build our chatbots in different systems depending on the kind of processing we need for the customer.
We offer all kinds of “Add-Ons” to our chatbots, which are ways we can tie into all other systems in the enterprise.
These are ways we can get to or extract meaning from information, including adding AI resources a company may not have, such as big data lakes, cognitive document search engines, process workflow optimizations, etc.
We do this in the cloud, and the customer “owns” all resources after completion- whether they choose to manage them after the project or ask us to do so.
