### What RICE Format Means
Every prompt has four sections:
**Role** — Defines exactly who the AI acts as: credentials, experience level, methodology, and operational posture. Not “act as a consultant” but “you are a senior governance advisor with NACD credentials and Fortune 500 board experience who produces materials that enable directors to fulfill their duty of care without requiring management to present in person.” Role sections run 80-120 words each.
**Instruction** — Specifies exactly what to produce, including required sections, document structure, and sequencing logic. Every deliverable element is listed as a requirement, not a suggestion.
**Context** — Sets organizational assumptions, data sources, audience, and embeds best practices with citations from authoritative sources (NACD, Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness, Institute of Directors, Big 4 standards).
